About this listing
Studio 4 is 39-1/2 ft wide x 33 ft deep, with a state-of-the-art quadruple-sprung maple floor, 20-ft ceiling, 8-foot high mirrors, ballet barres, top quality sound system with iPod/phone/computer auxiliary connection, central air-conditioning, ceiling fans and free WiFi. It is available for classes, workshops, rehearsals, auditions, private lessons, production and filming. Easy load-in and out. Two bathrooms with hair/make-up space in ladies’ room. Small kitchen available, as well as printer/scanner/copier. (Extra charges may apply for printing.) Privacy provided for celebrities.
Rentals are available 24 hours a day by special arrangement. After-hours rates apply Monday – Thursday after 9 pm, Friday, Saturday and Sunday after 8 pm. Chairs and tables are available. Please let us know what you require at the time of booking. 50% due at booking to hold space. 48 hour cancellation policy (longer if space held more than 14 days). No-shows will be charged for their entire rental fee.
